How it works
How does Resilia deliver AI training for nonprofits?
Resilia delivers AI training through People First AI Success cohorts, coaching on your own workflows, AI tools grounded in your own records, and practitioners for technology projects.
People First AI Success
A 2, 3 or 6-month cohort, about 5–8 hours a month, with a coach and peers.
1:1 coaching
A matched, vetted coach for ongoing accountability on the work and for you as a leader.
AI tools on your own record
Drafting, summaries and scheduling grounded in your documents — never trained on your data without your direction.
Expert practitioners
Operators who have done the work build the deliverable alongside your staff.
Time and cost
How long does AI training take, and what does it cost?
People First AI Success runs as a 2, 3 or 6-month cohort at about 5–8 hours a month. Cohort seats are $2,000–$6,000 per organization (1–3 people), including platform access during the cohort, and coaching is $200–$500 per session; it’s free to you if your funder sponsors it, and you can start self-service for free.
