Time and cost
How much time does coaching take, and what does it cost?
Coaching typically takes an hour or two a month and continues as long as it helps; technical-assistance projects run as long as the deliverable needs. Cohort seats are $2,000–$6,000 per organization (1–3 people), including platform access during the cohort, and coaching is $200–$500 per session; it’s free to you if your funder sponsors it, and you can start self-service for free. FAQ
Coaching and Technical Assistance: more questions
What’s the difference between coaching and technical assistance?
Coaching is an ongoing relationship focused on decisions, skills and the leader. Technical assistance is expert help to complete a specific piece of work, such as a policy or a system. Most organizations benefit from both.
How are coaches matched?
By the work in front of you, your stage and size, and what you want in a coach. You can ask for a different match at any time.
Are coaches people or AI?
People. Coaches and practitioners are vetted humans; AI tools help them prepare and draft from your record.
Can you refer us to pro bono help?
Yes. When a specialist or pro bono provider is the better fit, we’ll make the introduction.
