Signs you need this
What are the signs a nonprofit needs operations support?

- Your HR policies are a shared doc from 2017.
- The bookkeeper is the only one who understands the finances.
- Compliance deadlines sneak up on you.
How it works
How does Resilia deliver operations, finance and HR support?
Resilia delivers operations support through expert practitioners who build the systems with your team, a coach, platform tools that keep the record, and referrals to bookkeeping or HR providers.
Expert practitioners
Operators who have done the work build the deliverable alongside your staff.
1:1 coaching
A matched, vetted coach for ongoing accountability on the work and for you as a leader.
Platform tools
AI tools that draft from your living record, and a place to keep the finished work.
Referrals
Introductions to specialist and pro bono providers when you need them.
Time and cost
How long does operations support take, and what does it cost?
Operations projects run as long as the deliverable needs — a cash-flow forecast is quicker than a full HR handbook. Cohort seats are $2,000–$6,000 per organization (1–3 people), including platform access during the cohort, and coaching is $200–$500 per session; it’s free to you if your funder sponsors it, and you can start self-service for free.
