Acceptable use
A lattice only holds if everyone on it can trust it. These are the few rules that keep it that way — written to be readable, and they defer to the Trust page.
This policy is published by Exempt Me Now, Inc., doing business as Resilia ("Resilia," "we," "us"). It is part of, and incorporated into, both the Terms of Service and the Master Subscription Agreement. It binds every individual and every organization that uses the platform — and where an individual acts for an organization, both are responsible.
1. Follow the law
Nothing illegal — fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, infringement of anyone's rights. Don't upload content you have no right to hold. You're responsible for the laws that govern your own work, including the privacy laws that apply to the people in your data.
2. Respect consent grants
Consent grants are the platform. No probing or circumventing access restrictions. No using a consented view for any purpose but its named one. No attempting to re-identify any person or organization from any aggregate or de-identified view. No sharing data from a consented view beyond the consent grant's purpose.
3. Don't harm people
No harassment, threats, or intimidation — on the platform or with it. No surveilling, profiling, or targeting vulnerable people, including the people nonprofits serve. No content that exploits or endangers children, anywhere, ever.
4. Don't break or drain the platform
No malware or interference with the service or its security. No scraping or bulk-harvesting other nodes' content. No reselling access. No building a competing product from inside the platform.
5. Use AI honestly
The model providers' usage policies flow down to you, and are available on request. No generating content designed to deceive or defraud. No presenting AI output as human work where that matters — to a funder, a regulator, a court. No consequential decisions about people — funding, eligibility, employment — without a human who reviews and decides.
6. Enforcement and reporting
Most violations: we tell you what we found and you get 30 days to fix it. Consent-grant violations, harm to people, or illegal use: immediate suspension. Suspension never touches your data or your right to export — losing access never means losing what you put in.
