Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The workspace, data, AI tool access and community are free at the base tier, with no credit card. Heavier AI use, services and coaching are paid — by you or by a funder who sponsors you.

What does a coach cost?

Coaching is $200–$500 per one-hour session, including the coach’s preparation and follow-up — and free to you if a funder sponsors it. See pricing.

How much time does a program take?

About 5–8 hours a month. Every program runs as a 2, 3 or 6-month cohort.

Will my funder see my data?

Only what you choose to share. A sponsoring funder sees whether your seat is active and anything you decide to share with them — nothing else.

Do I need tech skills?

No. Programs are designed for teams with no tech staff, and a person is always involved.
