Time and cost
How much time does leadership development take, and what does it cost?
Healthy & Successful Leaders runs as a 2, 3 or 6-month cohort at about 5–8 hours a month, and the community is there any time. Cohort seats are $2,000–$6,000 per organization (1–3 people), including platform access during the cohort, and coaching is $200–$500 per session; it’s free to you if your funder sponsors it, and you can start self-service for free.
